C4 Clear Creek Community Charities, Inc is pleased to announce the 8th Annual South Shore Dockside Food & Wine Festival. This annual celebration is scheduled for Saturday, October 17th, beginning at 11am until 11 pm.  The only event of its kind on the Texas gulf coast features a first class atmosphere for all guests to experience.

The Concept

Four themed pavilions feature wines from all over the globe while ongoing live entertainment sets the mood for a spectacular festival. For those who prefer something different, our Here's the Beer & Spirits Pavilion is sure to quench your thirst. Additionally, guests will be treated to distinctive cuisine from popular local eateries, culinary demonstrations, high end artists, exhibitors, automobile and boat displays.

The Location

Just 20 minutes south of downtown Houston, the Festival is held in the Bay Area Houston region located midway between Houston and Galveston at the prestigious South Shore Harbour Resort & Conference Center Marina in League City. Deemed the "Boating Capital of Texas," the focal point of Bay Area Houston is ClearLake, a 2,000-acre inlet of Galveston Bay and the third-largest pleasure boat basin in the United States. 

Who We Are

C4 Clear Creek Community Charities, Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation whose mission is to produce high quality public events which provide financial support to local non-profit organizations.  Funding is provided in part by corporate sponsorships, private contributions, public attendance, in-kind support and volunteer assistance.

Available Positions

Wine Stewards 

Serve wine in the wine pavilions:  The Boathouse, Seven Seas, Ports of Call or Go Texan.  Three shifts from 11:00 to 3:00pm - 3:00 to 7:00pm - 7:00 to 11:00pm.

Bartenders

Serve beer, water and soft drinks in the Here's the Beer & Spirits Pavilion at 100 Bottles of Beer on the Wall or Midnight at the Oasis and the Windward Islands Bar or the Leeward Islands Bar.  Three shifts from 11:00 to 3:00pm - 3:00 to 7:00pm - 7:00 to 11:00pm. 

Ticket Sales

Sell tickets and distribute wine glasses and Sippin' Cards at the Main Gate or West Gate.  Three shifts from 11:00 to 3:00pm - 3:00 to 7:00pm - 7:00 to 11:00pm. 

Sippin' Card Sales

Sell Sippin' Cards in one of the five pavilions.  Three shifts from 11:00 to 3:00pm - 3:00 to 7:00pm 7:00 to 11:00pm

Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration

Check-in Sponsors and Exhibitors at the West Gate.  One shift on Friday from 12:00 to 6:00pm & Saturday from 6:00 to 11:00am.

Volunteer Registration 

Volunteers checking-in volunteers prior to their shift.  One shift from 10:00 to 8:00pm.

Roadies

Assist sponsors, exhibitors and staff in setting up the Festival.  One shift on Friday from 12:00 to 6:00pm & Saturday from 6:00 to 11:00am.
